As a 5th generation area resident and Realtor since 2004, I take so much pride in helping my clients buy or sell property in the area. I worked hard to earn the honor of being the region's top producing realtor in 2016, again in 2017 and have ranked in the top 5 since. I am also a co-owner of Crawford Olson Real Estate, a power house brokerage with an office just off the shores of Payette Lake downtown McCall. I specialize in 2nd home/vacation properties, first time homebuyers, investments and vacant land. I work tirelessly to help buyers find exactly what they are looking for! For sellers, I have a keen eye for value and utilize many marketing platforms to ensure they are getting the exposure they deserve. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I was an honors graduate of Boise State University and worked for the Idaho Tourism Office as a marketing specialist and travel writer tour operator. When showing clients around the area, I can't help but feel that I am giving them a private tour of my hometown. I love living here with my high school sweetheart husband and 12 year old son as there is a strong sense of community and plenty to do, from beach days at the lake, delicious dining opportunities, and hockey games at the rink.
