She helped me sell my McCall condo during the soft market of spring/summer 2024 when pricing was difficult, especially for my condo which had been fully remodeled within the past year. After cleaning the condo, I left the key with Shelly and she took care of the rest while I moved out of state. She kept me well informed about buyer activity, and communicated appropriate price drops after it was clear there wasn't much interest at higher prices. ZillowVERIFIED5 STARS! We initially intended to sell our property ourselves, knowing that lack of exposure would be our largest hurdle. Shelly came to view our home for one of her out-of-town clients. During that visit we had a very candid discussion regarding our concerns with both handling the listing ourselves and with using a realtor. By the time she left, we were ready to hand over the reins. Shelly brought in a professional photographer/drone and had us "live" within 2 days! Not only did we have a solid offer within the first week, we cleared more than we were going to set as our starting price if we had listed ourselves. Shelly handled all of the paperwork and we just had to do the signing. She was available and very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!
