About Shelley Garza
Real Estate Made Easy. My name is Shelley Garza, and I am a graduate of Long Beach State University. I have been a licensed broker for 18 years. I love animals, my friends, and real estate. As for real estate, I teach real estate principles and a crash course part time, and in the past I was an apartment manager at Pacific Holiday Towers on 1900 Ocean Blvd Long Beach before the building was sold. I also worked at Hoag Property Management in Downey where I managed apartments, condos, home owner's associations, and commercial property.
