Shelley Ferrage

I became involved in real estate in March of 2007 when I went home shopping for my parents for an Active Adult Community in the town I had moved to 7 years prior. I toured Summerfield at Taft Hill in Uxbridge with them and during the process the sales manager offered me a job. Turns out my parents never ended up moving but I had just discovered a career path I was not even looking for! I am happy to say that the 7 years and over 60 closings my work at Summerfield continued to steer me down the real estate path. Once I had sold out all but 5 homes in the development I decided to get my real estate license and passed the exam in November of 2014. All my experience was in new construction but it gave me experience to transition into a full time Real Estate Agent. In March of 2017 I joined the Ma Association of Realtors and became a Realtor. I continue to work in Uxbridge because I believe in the importance of community. My roots are here and I would love to have the opportunity to help you discover your own roots in whatever town you are looking in!
