As first-time home buyers, our experience with this listing agent in Houston (77021) was highly disappointing and costly. The agent assured us the house would close, leading us to invest over $1,000 in a survey and inspection. During the multiple delays caused by unresolved liens, the agent continued pushing for an earlier closing date, stating that the needed documents were aEURoeexpected/hopefulaEUR? to arrive sooner. On July 16, merely hours after the listing agent asked us to START transferring the funds, we were informed that the property had further complications (a newly discovered lawsuit), ultimately rendering the sale impossible. The sellers assets are frozen, leaving us with no reimbursement for the costs we spent for a house we will NEVER own.
