Shelby was outstanding to work with! We bought our house unseen. She was our eyes and she answered all my silly questions when doing walk thru's, even when I asked if it smelled, haha. We were not Shelby's biggest commission, but she treated us as if we were and always made us feel important. I sometimes forgot there was a time difference between us yet she always answered my calls right away.
