They were extremely efficient and on top of everything. From the moment I reached out to Shelby to ask her about the possibility of putting our house on the market, she jumped into action immediately and gave us a detailed work up of the whole process individualized to our house. She connected us with a listing agent (Steph) who broke down everything we needed to do in order to get our house ready to sell. Steph checked in on us frequently to make sure we were meeting our desired timeline as well as offered resources for tasks we could not complete on our own. Once our house was ready to sell, the team took care of everything as both my husband and I were out of town. When the offers came in, Shelby provided guidance to help us make the best decision on which offer to accept. From there, Sara became our point of contact walking us through the closing process. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall I would recommend Five Pillars to anyone trying to sell their house as it can be a very overwhelming task.
