A good friend referred me to Shelby who works for EXP Realty. Coming from SLC to GJT couldve been challenging but she made it so easy to purchase a rental property, as if we lived locally. Shelby always answered our questions via phone calls, emails or text no matter what time of the day it was. She never delayed or put off any of our questions. She was very punctual, professional and very knowledgeable. Never made me feel afraid to call her. She looked out for our interest more than making a quick sell. Shelby never pressured us to buy a home that we werent interested in. As matter of fact she gave us plenty of time to think about the house we chose before jumping on it, to make sure we made the right choice. Shelby stood by us from the start to the end of the closing day. She even responded to few more questions we had after we closed. I actually told her we missed her when she responded. Then she followed up on our question to see if it was taken care of. I felt like she was part of our family at the end of our journey. I am planning on calling her again when I retire in three years to move to GJT for possibly a larger home later for our extended familys visits. Just hope that shes not sick of me. Lol. EXP is very lucky to have her as their associate, but I was the lucky one to have her as my consultant. The Miners thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
