Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina, I know and love the area! I grew up in Wilmington, and was able to enjoy the beach and the more rural part of Pender County. I believe this is a great area, because one minute you can be standing on the beach with the wind in your hair and the waves rushing over your feet and then the next you can be walking through nature listening to the birds with the scent of the pines in the air.
