ZillowVERIFIEDSo I'm not one to give reviews. Most of the time if I think about doing so I want to give a bad one. Well, not this time. My Realtor Shelbe Chang deserves a ten star rating. We recently closed on my mobile home after just a few weeks being listed. There were so many challenges and drama I was sure she was ready to give it up. She hung in there keeping me calm and stable working through everything thrown at her. Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient. I would recommend her to anyone seller or buyer. I hope I can work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIEDShelbe has been my realtor for two transactions now. Bought a duplex with her 2019 and couple years later she helped me get into the four plex of my dreams this past March 2022. She was helpful throughout the whole process answering many questions and spending several unfruitful days with me looking at properties I didn't like, as I was being extremely picky . She was patient through the whole thing and when we finally did come to the property that fit all my needs she negotiated for me against the developers who were very greedy and not polite/ professional. The developers even tried to ask for the majority Shelbe's commission in the negotiations (no joke the developers were very unprofessional, even disgusting in my opinion, trying to rob my realtor of her commission, because they didn't make too much profit on the build, as Covid caused their construction to delay for 2+ years ) Shelbe told me she was willing to take that lower commission, just to make it go through!! Of course that's ridiculous and I rejected that greedy trash, but the fact that she was even willing to cut away her commission to make a deal for me solidified in my head that she did have my best interest at hand. This is the kind of buying realtor you want. In the end I was very happy for the second time ! I would use her service again for my next purchase. I have already recommended her to some friends and will continue to do so. Shelbe is great!

ZillowVERIFIEDI met Shelbe at random, as she was the listing agent for a house I checked out. She asked me if I had a realtor helping me look. I didnt, so I decided to give her a chance and sure enough after a few misses on some propertys we checked together she literally found the perfect one the first day it was listed online .I just closed the escrow for it and I couldnt be more happy. Shelbe was on it , watching the market daily for new homes and updating me on new listings that matched what I was looking for.
