Shelbe Chang Stewart

Shelbe was born in Taipei, Taiwan and came to USA when she was 12. Then, she was raised in Irvine, Orange County, California. She moved to Long Beach in 2005 and has lived in the surrounding area since.

In the early 2016, Shelbe and her significant other at the time were looking to buy and sell their home. That was the time when she developed her passion towards real estate. With her artistic and creativity background, she also enjoys home designs inside and around the house.

From that personal experience, she learned and understands that the role of a real estate agent is invaluable. Throughout the process, she understands that we are not dealing with some fungible good, we're dealing with emotions, someone's home--a place where the seller's memories were made and where the buyer wishes to make new ones for their future. This is a highly personal transaction, and the potential for conflicts are extremely high.
