Sheila is simply the best. Not only is she a really nice person, she just goes out of her way to be as helpful as she can possibly be aEUR" always. Its just her nature. 2023 was a tough real estate market to try to buy in, and we were anxious to leave FL after 20 years and get back to CT. Sheila helped us keep our cool and finally find a home we love. We worked with her for months, first to buy land, and then to buy a house, and I could never have wished for anyone better. She has the knowledge and experience to be able to answer almost any question we had (were both lawyers so we had plenty!), and if she ever didnt know something, she wasted no time in getting back to us. She also often brings the added bonus of her husband Bill, a former building contractor, now real estate agent, who knows an awful lot about house construction and the building trade. Sheila already had good relationships with many realtors that we needed to deal with, and it was apparent that it took her no time to earn the respect of agents, and other people, that she had never met before. Even though she herself was always on top of things, she was still friendly and professional, albeit appropriately persistent, with realtors who werent. All of this was a big help in reaching and trying to come to terms with real estate owners. Being as good as she is, Sheila could easily do some coasting, but I think she understands too well how important real estate decisions are to her clients, so she wants to do her best for them and doesnt feel right letting things rest if maybe they shouldnt. At least a few times she rushed to finish or update offers for us when she had somewhere to go, and she was almost always reachable or would call back soon. And a few times she was reachable even at times that she shouldnt have been (like her birthday when she was just about to be kayaking with her family!). Sheila is top-notch at her job, but shes also exactly the kind of person that this world should be made of.

Sheila is a true Real Estate Professional, and just a really great person. She is confident and knows her job like no other I've ever met; and we have sold many properties over the years. We only met her once in person due to the Covid restrictions, but we knew right away that she was 'the one' to list our home. Sheila was wonderful. She gives advice -- only when asked, and always made sure we were happy with all of our decisions before getting back to many interested parties with answers. When we first listed our family beach house with her, we received a great cash offer within a few weeks. Reality set in quickly, and I hesitated in accepting the offer because this home was where I grew up during the summers as an adolescent, and my family had owned the property for 57 years. Even my husband fell in love with it in my later years ... and there were many wonderful memories had there. Most realtors would have tried to push the sale and tell me what a great price I was being offered. Not Sheila ... she asked me if I was alright with selling the house now that an offer was here, and said that I had the freedom to do whatever I wanted ... I could accept the offer or not and said "are you OK with this? ... take a breath and take your time". Now, who does that in this world?? Especially someone who works on commission. She is a wonderful example of what every realtor should be. I could give 100 more examples of how great Sheila handled every situation, as we had several offers over a 6 month period - until it was sold. My husband and I recommend Sheila as the knowledgeable pro that she is, but also as the easiest person to work with. Know that you are a lucky person to have her representing you, whether it by on on the buy or sell side of your property.
