Sheila did great job during the negotiations and help me get a better price. She stayed on top of everything very knowledgeable. Also checked on the house after I signed but hadnt closed yet to make sure it was winterized and the pipes were ok after it got cold. Thank you

Over 6 months Sheila consistently notified us of houses that fit out criteria, was always able to show on our time allowance, answered our questions regardless of day or time, and made the entire process of buying and selling so much easier. Her understanding of our requirements saved many unnecessary trips to look at houses we would not like. She handled all concerns and even made the closings quick. We contacted Sheila in July 2020 to sell my parents home. It was under contract the first week on the market with closing Sept. 2020. We contacted Sheila again in Oct. 2020 to sell my in-laws home. It was under contract by the end of Dec. 2020 with closing Jan.2021. Sheila has a broad range of contacts and does a great job of advertising the listing. She does a great job of taking photos of the house and property. We highly recommend Sheila.
