    We chose Sheila as our broker after she sent us a letter inquiring if we were willing to show our house to a potential buyer. The house wasn't exactly what the buyer wanted, but we received positive feedback from the buyer and Sheila about the condition of the house for sale. Within a week, Sheila had arranged for a professional stager and photographer to enhance the beauty of the house on the internet. She even arranged to have several inches of snow fall the night before the pictures for an extra special effect (kidding!). Another week later, after a dozen showings, we had multiple offers and the house was sold. We honestly couldn't imagine a sale going more smoothly. We highly recommend Sheila for your real estate agent.

    I had avoided jumping into the housing market with all the stories I had heard from friends and co-workers about their endless and futile searches in the Madison housing market. Within 10 days of meeting Sheila and seeing my first house, I had an accepted offer on a house which I would have never thought was possible that fast. Sheila was always available for reaching out through the process and responded quickly.
