ZillowVERIFIEDWe were looking in the Vicksburg market since an old mansion caught my eye and we weren't sure how we would proceed. We contacted Sheila because we saw her on some other listings and she was great at getting the properties we were interested in together for us to view. She even added an extra couple properties that had become available in our price range as additional places to see. I flew out there to view the properties. Her market knowledge and professionalism were great! She wrote up the contract for the house that wasn't even on my list before I came out there and helped us negotiate a good price. Then she got the house inspector to do the inspection and we found the flaws in the house were too much to overcome for us to move forward. We ended up not buying the house because of circumstances out of her control but we will use her in the future when we revisit this market to purchase an investment property. Sheila has great market knowledge! You'll be glad you used her in this market!
