She listened to our wants and needs in a house and when the perfect house was found, she knew how to make our offer a desirable one (even with a home inspection!). Shay also referred us to our lender who has an incredible program that prepares buyers ahead of time, and made the offer and closing process incredibly smooth and efficient: the time we saw the house to the time of closing was 20 days!
