My family and I were lucky enough to be paired up with Shawnia Meuser when we reach out to the Spring Hill RE/MAX office in 2014. My aunt was looking to relocate from New York to Florida, which, can be especially stressful when you can?t always be present to physically access a property. We quickly noticed that Shawnia was passionate about real estate and giving her clients the best possible outcomes during both the buying and selling experience. After viewing more than half a dozen homes, we still hadn?t found the right one for my aunt. However, Shawnia?s upbeat and positive persona never let us get discouraged during the buying experience. After returning to New York, Shawnia sent us a listing for a villa that had just come on the MLS. Shawnia viewed this property for us and after deciding we wanted it, she worked diligently and quickly to negotiate a deal for my aunt. Seven years later we again contacted Shawnia without hesitation to sell my grandmothers home. At our initial meeting, Shawnia came prepared with a market analysis, comparables, and a list of service providers (finance, appraiser, etc.). She spent ample time going over the contract and the sequence of events that?s would take place from the day of listing to the day of closing. In just a few days, Shawnia presented several offers to us. We closed on my grandmothers property quickly and without any hiccups thanks to Shawnia?s due diligence. In 2022 we again contacted Shawnia to sell the Villa my aunt had purchased eight years earlier. Upon listing the villa, Shawnia brought us an excellent offer in just 18 hours. Shawnia worked with all the necessary vendors (inspector, title company, photographer, MLS, counterpart realtor, appraisers, finance company) and I?m sure additional services I?m unaware of. All of this while simultaneously helping us close on another home. I cannot say enough positive things about Shawnia Meuser and the Meuser Team! She has been with my family through many real estate transactions and has always answered our hysterical phone calls and kept us grounded through the experience. We?re so grateful to have been paired with the best realtor in Florida and to have made a lifelong friend. If you?re looking for a realtor, look no further.
