Shawna really went above and beyond for us in the process of selling our home from start to finish. She was so knowledgeable with when to list, staging/pictures both outside and inside (even bringing outside flowers to make sure it looked nice for fall) & kicking off our open house right. She was so inviting and truly made the process of selling feel seamless and stress-free! Our house sold within days and we had a quick closing which she worked around the clock to answer any questions and get things done for both us and communicating with the buyers. It truly was a breeze and she got us connected with everyone necessary (lender, insurance agents- you name it!) to purchase our next home as well!
