I worked with Megan Holman, and she was wonderful, it was like working with a friend, she really payed attention to what we were wanting in a house and would share the excitement with us when we found it. Shawna was an excellent Realtor and extremely professional during our entire home selling/buying experience. When our first Realtor could not sell our home, we nearly gave up! We then met with Shawna and she was knowledgable and honest in helping us decide whether or not now was truly the time to sell our home. She wasn't there to just get our listing...she really cared! After being on the market for 8 months prior we were back on at a very competitive price and sold in 45 days!! We were then able to use Shawna to help us find a home in the neighboring state (Missouri). She comes highly recommended and does whatever it takes to make her clients happy!!
