Shawn sold 2 of my homes. One in a slow market and one in last years crazy market. The house in the slow market was a miracle that he sold it , but also he got our price with an excellent buyer. Last year he managed a crazy sale with a bidding war and again found an excellent buyer. Both sales were very fast and stress free.
