Rexburg purchase for a first time buyer. A large price reduction created interest and multiple offers. We moved quickly with a clean offer and clear terms, and the listing agent preferred working with our team. During inspections we focused on the major items and negotiated repairs plus closing cost help and a home warranty. The result was a smooth close at the right price and terms that fit the buyer’s budget.
