ZillowVERIFIEDSean helped us to to both sell and purchase a new home two years ago. Meant to leave a raving review a long time ago, but my Zillow account had some glitches. Sean was so knowledgeable about the area. He is really an expert about this area and who owns all of the land parcels. You get a good feel for what you are interested in, and what is going to possibly happen in the future around the lot you want to purchase. He is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable when it comes to the Coeur d?Alene/north Idaho real estate market. The biggest reason we picked Sean was how genuine and helpful he was. He is always at arms reach when you have questions or need something. He was always offering to help in any way he could, with things that were not part of his job description. When you select Sean as your realtor, you will not be disappointed! I go on and on about him to anyone I know that needs a realtor. Sean is NOT a car salesman type of realtor. He truly cares about your family, and supports whichever decision you make. He will be the person you see in the store after he helped you, and he feels like a friend. I can?t say enough about how genuine he is. Wish I could have left a review awhile back. My Zillow account was not letting me in. If you want someone who is great at communicating (a necessity when trying to get things done), truly genuine, and actually cares about his clients, pick Sean.

Shawn is a local boy, so he is very knowledgeable of the area and was very helpful in recommending professionals for upgrading our new home! We felt as if we were his only xlients as he was always availabe, even though he was extremely busy. His great personality is why I opened my door when he came knocking with an offer for our place.
