Debra Bernard did a superb job for me in Valparaiso, Indiana! Coming from 100 miles away in Illinois, I cold called Realtors. As a long time businessman, and having hired hundreds, I get a quick read of people. Debra was around number 10 called, immediately ringing a bell in my head as great for buying a house. I made my only Realtor interview appointment to meet and am happy that I hired her. I thought it would take a while to find what I was looking for but Debra perceived at our first meeting what to look for and soon took me on a 4 house tour to discuss and further refine my search. In under 2 weeks of sifting the Chesterton and Valpo house inventory, we did a 5 house tour. With her perceptive ability, the final selection was the best match. Now, that's fast. With my construction knowledge, the fifth house was evaluated and purchased. Debra was also very helpful with deciding on an offer amount that would work for me. And, she kept an eye on details thru the closing. Again, a highly recommended professional.
