Highly recommend Shawn Schaffer for any buying/selling needs in the market. His knowledge of the Scottsdale / surrounding market, high level of professionalism and responsiveness were key in closing a highly complex purchase involving multiple bidders. His honest insight and expert feedback during the inspection period was spot-on and extremely helpful during our negotiation. In addition, he negotiated a post possession rental agreement including an escrow hold back, which required a certain level of expertise and knowledge of local real estate law.
