Knowledge - Knowing the market and conditions and being able to educate our clients while being their advocate.
Open Availability - I work from 7am to 10pm daily. Availability for clients, agents, and other parties during a transaction is KEY. I'm here to answer questions, give updates, provide reassurance, or just to say hello. There is never too much communication.
Negotiation - We will negotiate to get you the best deal and make sure your contract is successful.
Being Patient - We'll find you a home whether it means tomorrow or a year from now.
Being Attentive - Listening to our clients and implementing changes based on changing factors
Empathetic - The Home buying and selling process can be stressful - there are a lot of moving parts. I will ensure that you are stress free and I do that by understanding my clients and what they're going through, what their concerns are, and what their priorities are. I care about what you're thinking, feeling, and going through. I'm here to not only close on your deal but to make sure you're taken care of.
Calm and Collected - Keeping a calm demeanor during negotiations is key.
Closing Ability - I will close on your transaction and make it as stress free as possible.
