I would not hesitate to reach out to her about finding your next home. Our home was on the market for 3 days. We looked at it on a Monday afternoon and on Wednesday evening we had found out we got the house. They went to a best and final and she suggested we put in an escalator clause. Very happy for that advice as it made sure we were not overpaying.
