About Shawn Moloney

Shawn Moloney is a South Shore native and the CEO/founder of Movementum Realty. Shawn was born in Weymouth and later moved to Pembroke living on Stetson Pond. He attended Massasoit Community College where he studied Criminal Justice. Shawn's love for the outdoors and his entrepreneurial spirit were put to use when he started his own successful tree and landscaping business, SPM Enterprises, in 2006. Through managing the thriving company and caring for residential and commercial properties, Shawn was inspired to enter the real estate sector with his intimate knowledge of home and property upkeep. Noticing a need in the market, and driven by his passion for real estate, in 2011 Shawn established Movementum Realty as a real estate agency focusing on the South Shore. Shawn looks at his agents as Move Mentors rather than salespeople, acting as both guides and mentors to our clients. With the goal of growing a technology based real estate brokerage he started off by hiring an IT professional, sold SPM Enterprises in 2016, and continues to grow Movementum to maintain impeccable business standards. His years of experience with properties at every level and his extensive knowledge of the real estate industry have enabled him to successfully coach his agents to help their clients find success in real estate.. In his spare time, Shawn can be found hiking,exercising, gardening, and spending time with his friends and family. He is passionate about waterfront living and loves to work with clients who feel the same.

If youre looking for an agent to help you purchase the house of your dreams, I cant recommend mark enough. I decided to look for a house and Mark went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible while making sure I was informed and comfortable about every detail in the process. The first weekend of going to open houses I found that house that was everything I wanted. I let him know about it and he went right to work without hesitation. I thought for sure finding a house that I like and actually getting it was going to be a long and stressful process. With his advice and knowledge made an offer and was accepted! 30 days later, here I am sitting in my beautiful home all thanks to Mark and his determination and work ethic. If I had waited I would have missed out on this house. So dont hesitate to give him a call!!!

Do yourself a favor and use Arin for your next property sale/purchase! Although he had limited experience, he worked hard, had several open-houses, kept my property up-to-date online, and was in constant contact with me throughout the process. Most realtors have one open-house weekend, then let the property sit online till the contract runs out. Arin was always proactive! You will not find a better agent to represent you!

Andreia is the consummate professional who also displays a sense of humor. We came to her in an emergency situation. Unexpectedly, we were given 2 1/2 months to move and didnt know where to turn. We were led to Andreia through a web search and the rest is history. She was patient, knowledgeable and empathetic in a very difficult situation. She went above and beyond and showed dogged determination.
