ZillowVERIFIEDI was an absentee buyer and Shawn was very active in helping me find the right home but also continued to help as I requested more information about the house I'd chosen from afar. He provided referrals to appraisers and negotiated several times with the owners on my behalf relating to repairs needed, including personally trying to stop a water leak from the main. Then just to top it off, he put a lovely pinwheel in my yard to celebrate Easter/spring. Shawn is a realtor who remembers it's the personal touch that makes the difference.
