Shawn has extensive experience in marketing and selling residential homes at various price points. Shawn is the co-principal team leader of Seagate Properties, which has sold over $150 Million in the town of Plymouth and was recently ranked the number one small team in the Plymouth market by Real Trends in 2025, with nearly $32 Million in overall volume in 2024. The team's focus is on The Pinehills, but Shawn serves the larger South Shore market and Cape Cod. Shawn has demonstrated success in the million dollars plus market and has a proven track record in representing buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. Shawn prides himself on using the latest technology and tools to offer a concierge approach for his clients throughout the transaction. Shawn has been in real estate since 2011 and specializes in residential real estate sales at all price points and has partnered with financial advisors, mortgage representatives, and other vendors to offer a customized approach for luxury home buyers and sellers. Shawn earned a BA in Business Administration from The George Washington University and an MBA from Providence College. Shawn is the President of the Plymouth Education Foundation and has served on other boards and committees.
