Shawn Costa did an exceptional job for us as we purchased a new construction home in Plymouth. Our situation was unique because we were living overseas during the entire process and Shawn devoted extra time and energy in helping us navigate the house construction and purchase. He was very proactive in finding us the perfect location and ideal builder. He then acted as a quintessential liaison between us and the builder, explaining the details to us, managing our expectations, and guiding us through the entire process. Shawn engaged the builder on our behalf, when necessary, sent us pictures and videos, along with updates of the house in progress, set us up with a legal team for the purchase details, and even coordinated a home inspector to ensure quality work. Following the purchase, Shawn continued to assist us by providing information on living in the area and helping us get our utilities and other necessities for the house set up. We could not be happier with our house and all the work Shawn did to make the purchase so easy and such a success. We could not have done this without Shawns superb help.
