There are no words to adequately describe just how super David is at his job as a realtor and also as a person. We went through 2 realtors with very negative experiences before we found David, and boy, are we lucky we found him. In addition to David being an expert in his field (very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying/selling homes in VT), he is also extremely kind, patient and generous. He spent a couple of weekends with us traipsing through Chittenden, Washington, Franklin counties, covering a very large radius, to show us houses. He always came prepared with printouts for every listing we saw and spent time detailing the pros and cons for each. Throughout all the maddening hours and distances traveled to find the house we finally settled on, he was extremely generous with his patience and guidance.
