Shaunnah Young

I moved to Panama City Beach in 1995 from Lawton, Oklahoma. I instantly fell in love with northwest Florida and the many landscapes our beach town had to offer. I have been actively involved in real estate for the last nine year beginning in South Walton County and advancing into Panama City Beach and surrounding areas. My career started as an Executive Assistant in the township of Watercolor. It was there that I showed an aptitude for overcoming the challenges of marking a small waterfront community. My hard work and natural talent quickly paid off and I was offered the position of Director of Marketing at the prestigious Alys Beach community. I spent the next 5 years overseeing open houses, photo shoots and various marketing ads in magazines such as Coastal Living and Southern Living. While promoting this luxury community, I worked closely with the sales team and developed a desire to go into real estate sales myself. I have two beautiful sons and spend my spare time enjoying the many activities our coastal community has to offer. While I am a fan of the beach, i often take them to fish at their "secret" local spots or to catch and release at the city pier. As a professional and a mother, I have a boundless list of reasons why you will love moving to northwest Florida or investing in one of our wonderful resorts.
