Shasta was eager to help and get the manufactured home on the market. We had showings immediately after it hit the market. We got offers but Shasta suggested we wait a bit to see if something better came in, and it did. We had an estate issue and she recommended a local attorney and the matter was handled quickly and inexpensively. Shasta sold 3 homes for our family in a short period of time.
