In 2016 we saved enough to sell our first home and purchase a larger one with a pool and more bathrooms for our boys. Sharon sold our home and helped us buy the new one. Then, we decided to move to Florida this year,2021. We again reached out to Sharon who dedicated herself to selling our Fairhaven home and connected us to a mortgage broker and agent to find us our new home in Florida. I would recommend Sharon 100%. She is the best real estate agent around. She helped us make our dreams come true every step of the way.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe could not ask for a better realtor, Sharon Simmons, for the sale of our house.Sharon paid close attention to every detail, and even dealt with things you think a realtor really should not have to deal with, we live over an hour away and there was an issue with the outside door lock she switched door knobs with another of our doors for us on the spot saving the day! She has been incredible with stuff like that, shes just such a cracker jack and jack of all trades too ;)She picked a great listing price even though this is an exciting market it was made more exciting for our home we were selling with her expertise, the house sold for 20% over asking price!
