Sharon was my "champion" during the process of selling my home and buying a new one. I put my lagoon property up for sale exactly one month before Sandy made it unlivable. Afterward it took two years, but Sharon didn't give up and found a buyer who offered a price within $1000 of what I'd hoped to get. Then she had me in my new home, the one I love and plan to stay in forever, within two months. All the while she encouraged me, informed me, and taught me what I needed to know. This was my first experience in selling and buying, as my former property was already owned by my late husband when we married. She made a daunting experience much less frightening.
