Sharon Mezei helped us sell our old home and helped us find our new home. Sharon was recommended to us from one of my wifes coworkers. She couldnt say enough good things about her experience with Sharon. Our old house was from the 1930s and was the childhood home of my wife (we bought the house from her mother). My Mother-In-Law wasnt the best at modern updating, so we were a little worried when we first started looking into selling. Sharon came in, thoroughly looked around the house, and told us exactly (given our budget) her suggestions for what we should do to get the most out of our house. She was spot on with her suggestions and we sold our house for $10,000 over what she suggested (even though what she suggested was $30,000 over what we were expecting). Every update Sharon recommended was spot on and I truly feel we wouldnt have been able to do it without her input. Next, we went looking to find our forever home and Sharon was with us every step of the way. Whenever we went to see a new house, Sharon was on top of EVERYTHING. Whether it was radon systems, well water, septic tanks, Sharon let us know immediately if she saw potential problems/future expenses with the property. She recommend properties that fit our needs and ultimately helped us find our BEAUTIFUL PERFECT current home. I would highly recommend Sharon if you are looking to buy or sell a home. We were definitely not disappointed and will keep her information handy in case any future services are needed or to recommend her to our friends and family.
