I think my past experience of working in both equity and analytical research has given me the skills to look at the real estate market and determine not only what direction we are headed in, what price point to list your house at, but also what is a realistic offer for a home purchase. These are crucial points at any time, but especially true in our current climate. My experience as a French cooking instructor in France, teaching many people from all cultures, has led me to a better understanding of interpersonal dynamics and communication. I believe all the skill and "expertise" means nothing if you are not a good communicator and truly enjoy working with people. Providing my clients a service which they are happy with is my number one priority. I strive to make your real estate experience of buying and/or sellng a home a postiive one.
