About Shanty Gomez Miranda

My name is Shanty, I have been selling Real Estate in the Lehigh Valley for nearly a decade. My success is due to my passion for helping others and resourcefulness. I built a successful business by selling expired listings (homes other agents failed to sell) and for sale by owners. This was challenging, however, it helped refine my skills significantly. I've hosted homebuyer seminars and perfected systems for sellers transitioning into their next home. My love for Real Estate has also opened doors for Leadership opportunities. Early in my career, I was a Real Estate Coach, training, and overseeing over 50 agents at any given time. I have also solidified business relationships with investors (flippers) and repeat referral clients, lenders, and colleagues.
