Shantal is AMAZING. We are first home buyers. She went above and beyond, helping make this as stress free as possible. We told her what we were looking for and the price range we could afford. She found us homes to look at and would tell us the pluses and minuses of each house. As we looked at houses and we found features we really liked she would update her search parameters to include those features. If we saw a house on any reality apps she would check them out and let us know of any issues or stipulations. She always kept us apprised of what was going on and checking in with us. We would recomond Shantel to anyone buying a house. She will make sure that you are able to find your new home for you and your family.
