Shantal sold our land in 4 months!! 20 acres in Madeline, CA. She posted our pictures on realtor & zillow. Typically land in this area can take 1-2 years to sell. She put it out on social media. Her daughter fixed our pictures so no humans were pictured on zillow (that is against the rules). We did not even need to drive the 8 hours to take care of the sale!! A notary was sent to our home.
