Shantal sold our land in 4 months!! 20 acres in Madeline, CA. She posted our pictures on realtor & zillow. Typically land in this area can take 1-2 years to sell. She put it out on social media. Her daughter fixed our pictures so no humans were pictured on zillow (that is against the rules). We did not even need to drive the 8 hours to take care of the sale!! A notary was sent to our home. It does not get any easier than that! She was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, professional, she is a great negotiator and I totally trusted her. Thank you so much Shantal, we appreciate all your help. PS; When selling, post lots of great pictures of your property for the best results.
