Shannon was the *BEST*. She knows everything and everyone in Pawling. She was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made sure that our offer was competitive without being stupid. The former owners of our home told us that one of the reasons they chose our offer over another was that Shannon was our realtor. She pulled amazing comps during appraisal and was incredibly communicative while we were under contract.
