Shannon is amazing! Shes very professional, proactive, responsive and kind. We were referred to her from out of state and she did a remarkable job helping us to find a beautiful home for a great price! Her video showings were great - she was careful to point out flaws and she really listened to our needs. She did a fabulous job negotiating for us up front and again after inspection. Everyone she recommended from lender to inspector was also fabulous to work with. We were so blessed to find her and we cant recommend her highly enough!
