Where do I start with Shannon? I hit the lotto having her represent me buying my first house in South Lake Tahoe. I found the listing at 5:59pm on a Friday. She arrived at the property at 6:11pm in the rain with her husband who is an experienced real estate investor and he gave me his free professional opinion, first bang for my buck there. I went in with an aggressive offer given the current market and by Monday morning at 9:39am the seller accepted my offer and we closed in 14 days. I didn't have to lift a finger and just signed my name a bunch to close the deal and we used Old Republic Title company who is locally in town with Jennifer who I highly recommend.
