About Shannon Gomez

I am a native of Georgia and graduate of Georgia Southern University. I relocated to the Upper Cumberland area of TN 23 years ago, just in time to escape the Atlanta traffic that extends 90 miles in each direction of the city. In that 23 years, I have become very familiar with all areas of the Upper Cumberland starting out living on top of the Plateau in the Rockwood, Crossville, Fairfield Glade area and finally settling in the Sparta/ Cookeville area for the last 12 years. I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors and love to hike, boat and kayak. TN is home to some of the most beautiful outdoor areas from the gorgeous hills and lakes to the amazing hiking trails with waterfalls all along the way to enhance the view. My family, which consists of our 3 children and 3 dogs, spends countless hours exploring the outdoor areas of TN and you can often find us out on a trail or the lake. My love and passion for this area of TN led me into real estate. My years spent in high tech sales negotiating large scale contracts provided me the skill set to navigate the intricacies of home buying or selling. My use and knowledge of technology translate into utilizing the latest in digital marketing and social media sites to help promote the selling of your property. Customer service is my top priority and I pride myself on my responsiveness and communication with my clients. There is nothing I love more than helping someone find that perfect home or assisting those who are ready to make a change.
