Shannon is fantastic! I am an out of state investor and rely on agents a lot. Most agents do not answer the phone, and if you finally get a hold of them and they determine that there may not be anything in it for them then they quickly get off of the phone. Shannon is not like that at all. He answers his phone, and has this wonderful calm attitude of "how can I help." He is extremely knowledgeable, and confident, but lacks the big ego! He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help me comp a property and then determine the best investment strategy. He even drove over to the house to look at it for me. He gave me a detailed description of the property and helped me decide how to move forward. Like others have noted in their review, Shannon has a wonderful way of making you feel like you are friends, and that he wants what is best for you. Shannon has been an absolute godsend for my wife and I in our home buying process. For starters, when we first met Shannon and mentioned to him that we were going to be looking at homes soon, we exchanged contact information right away. However, it took much longer than expected to get things straight on our end, but instead of rushing us or even kicking us to the curb (most realtors I feel would have brushed us aside) he consistently checked in on us every few months to see how we were doing, and even offered us advice on what we needed to get done. Once we were ready, there was no question who we were going to use, we immediately called Shannon and within a week we were already meeting up to view homes. Once in the homes, Shannon wasn't like what you would normally expect from a realtor, rather than trying to push us just to make a sale, Shannon walked us through homes and it honestly felt like we were walking through with a trusted friend or family member, the way he pointed out the pros AND the cons of every house and gave us his honest opinion each time we asked for it. Once we found a house we liked, he walked us through every step, and genuinely had our back when it came time to negotiate an offer. Needless to say, if you're searching for an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor, I would highly, HIGHLY recommend you give Shannon a call.
