We did most of this long distance from Florida. She did walk throughs for us and we watched on our phone. Was in constant communications with my wife and I, our lender and who ever she needed to get the job done. Very familiar with the area we drove all over the place checking out house. When I started the process, I really didn't think about the logistics of selling a home in one state and buying a home in another state. At times I was so overwhelmed that I didn't think I would be able to do it. Shannon made herself available to me to show me homes in the area I was looking. She also gave up a Saturday to show the home I was interested in to my family after I had returned to Florida. Shannon walked me through every step of the process. While Shannon was not the listing agent for my in home in FL she provided me with great information to help me sell that home quickly. Shannon stayed in touch and answered any questions I had. I can say that if it had not had Shannon behind me my move would not have been as successful as it was. Shannon coordinated both closings so they were completed without any issues.
