Shannon Avason

Originally from Pikeville, KY, Shannon has always loved real estate and design. Working in the banking industry doing financial analysis, mortgage banking and customer service, she learned the ins and outs of finance and what it takes to treat customers right and earn their business. Shannon moved to the area in 2001, living in Mooresville first before finding her home on the west side of Lake Norman in Denver. When searching for a place to begin her real estate career, Shannon chose to work at Keller Williams after interviewing at many places. The values and culture that Gary Keller instill in his agents is unparalleled and follows the model, faith, family, then business. Shannon knows the value of this model and strives to bring a personal approach to every client she encounters, treating each of them as a part of our family. Shannon lives on the west side of Lake Norman with her husband, children (ages 22, 22 in college in Jacksonville and Myrtle Beach, 19 and 14) and her two precious pups.
