Shannon was the best. I talked to other's but wasn't the type of person I was looking for. I wanted someone with listening and people skills. She does have that and more. It was a difficult buy. But she powered right through it. Always kept me informed of what was happening. I had to reply completely on her because was lived in another state. It's amazing how some people just have "it".
