I am a second generation Realtor licensed in North Carolina and Virginia who has been a military spouse for over a decade. Because my own family moves frequently and we are faced with the decision of buying, selling, and/or renting homes on a regular basis, I opted to enter the real estate field in 2011. Prior to 2011, I worked exclusively in the law enforcement field with expertise as a detective in the Special Investigations Unit. At that time, I continued to work in the field alongside real estate, eventually transitioning exclusively to real estate. In this evolution, I have worked in property management, the foreclosure industry encompassing both commercial and residential units, as well as directly with real estate records such as deeds and titles. I used my own ingenuity and skills, gaining working knowledge and insight in this very complex industry.
