Shannan is definitely a five-star realtor. She is a force of nature getting things accomplished and prepared before and after putting the home on the market. I live in the Dominican Republic so I depended on her for everything, and we worked closely by text, voice and email to ready and sell my home which was in the country in Vestal Center, NY. We had to contend with well, sceptic system, free standing propane stove not meeting code, moving furniture, thorough house cleaning, shrubs trimmed, lawns mowed and I could go on and on. Shannan not only saw to it that everything was accomplished timely but also either had the resources, or found the resources, for all the work to be done on the house. I couldnt be more pleased with Shannan.

Shannan was fantastic in helping me through the process of finding my first home. From the beginning she was always available scheduling tours and was knowledgeable whenever I had questions about any of the properties. During tours I could tell that Shannan was trying to help me find the right property for me and she never attempted to downplay any drawbacks of properties that were less than ideal for my situation. In addition she connected me with a mortgage company that was also wonderful to work with. Once I found the right property, Shannan was incredibly timely with negotiations and was efficient in making sure we were able to get an agreement on all of my conditions. She even went out of her way (unprompted may I add) to get me an extra credit on the day of closing. Not only did she do a fantastic job herself, but every recommendation she gave me (from the mortgage company, to the inspector, to the lawyer, to a cleaner) provided me fantastic service as well. Overall as a first time home buyer it was a godsend to work with a realtor like Shannan. I would recommend Shannan to friends, family, really anyone looking for a realtor as she was a great help in mitigating the stress of the home buying process and she provided incredible service every step of the way (even beyond my closing).
