Shanna helped my husband and I buy and sell the same house within a span of about 6 months. Between my husband & I, this was the 3rd property weve sold. Each transaction is different but we havent experienced the kind of service Shanna offered with our previous realtors. In a quickly changing market, it was somewhat challenging to determine the best listing price. We took Shannas advice on the listing price. This not only helped us to be under contract in less than a week but the property appraised for exactly the asking price. 2-3 months ago it wasnt uncommon to get more than asking price. However, thats not the current market. Having the right price out of the gate prevents the house from sitting on the market. Shanna went way, way over and above to get all of the details in line to close on time. She is knowledgeable, accessible, and always quick to respond. Our only complaint is that we are moving out of state and wont be able to use her for future transactions.

Shanna Praggatis is one of the best real estate agents that I have had the pleasure of working with. we moved to California some years ago, and after we had settled in our first house we were looking for a new home to relocate to a better location.
