Shane did an incredible job! He took the time to understand the unique points of the property we were selling. He knew the neighborhood. He went above and beyond , including obtaining multiple offers, and especially once we were in escrow and the buyers contractors caused some problems that Shane quickly corrected. He was instrumental in keeping the buyers engaged and moving forwards with the contract. Shanes experience resulted in a fair offer and a quick escrow. His easy going demeanor, so aEURoeun-American BeautyaEUR? (why do so many realtors behave like that character?) was much appreciated and generated trust all around.
