We were looking for a home in the Southport area, she was very knowledgeable, was able to show us homes on our wish list, some homes multiple times, from sending us a list of homes that was within our budget, with the wants we requested, location we wanted, scheduling showings, she worked with the leader, attorney, surveyor, and city. After each showing, she asked for feedback from us to ensure we could see ourselves in the home, she was willing to keep looking at any point a home did not meet our needs! When one offer was not accepted, we requested a break from looking, she was very understanding and kept in contact via email until we were able to begin looking again. I felt no pressure from her during the process, when we found the home we wanted she was able to negotiate on our behalf to ensure we got the home and land next to it!
